CC BY 3.0

Yes i read the other threads (CC BY 3.0) but i do not find a answer to my question.

My question only about this templates: 10 Best Gaming Website Templates 2021 - Colorlib

Your HTML Templates are under CC BY 3.0.
Its allowed: Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

You say here: (Licence - Colorlib)
Limitations for FREE versions
You are not allowed to remove the copyright credit from the footer.
You are not allowed to distribute, redistribute, sell, resale, rent, and lease our template.
We don’t provide any technical support for free HTML templates.

So my question: Can i adapt this free templates to a CMS (our own gaming cms) and redistribute under the same license (WITH FOOTER LINK TO COLORLIB) for free? (only on my site: https://www.gamer-templates.com/)

Greetings from germany

Good evening

Eddy1975 you have to follow rules on our license page that says:
You are not allowed to distribute, redistribute, sell, resale, rent, and lease our template.
We don’t provide any technical support for free HTML templates.

Here -> Licence: CC BY 3.0 (footer credits must remain in place)

Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0) Its allowed: Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

This is very confusing because you contradict your own licenses

We don’t provide any technical support for free HTML templates.
OK i don’t need support only an information.

@eddy1975

You can share and redistribute BUT link in the footer must always remain in place. Even when you change it, adopt it for CMS or whatever. We are and always will be the original authors.

Redistribution is not allowed if you remove copyright info or claim it as your own work.

Good news.

You are always the original author with link and your licence.

Thank you very much for your answer!

I’m glad I could help
