Certain words not being translated with Loco Translate

Hi! I have been using Loco Translate for a while and everything was fine until recently. Unfortunately, the site was hacked so I had to set up most of the site again from scratch. I installed Loco plugin again but it seems some parts are not translated despite the fact it looks like those strings are indeed translated to Croatian, the language I need to use. This happens on the Home Page:

As you can see, 3 things are still in English, Read More and Older/Newer Posts.

And here as well, button is still Read More (I’m using The Post Grid plugin here).

Even though all these strings are actually translated in Croatian, I checked.

I’m hoping you can help, I tried to fix this with other translation plugins but then I have issues in other places, for example with the Translation Press plugin I can’t translate some parts on the checkout WooCommerce page.

I would recommend that you use the following plugin to make a child theme for the code changes and make a backup, in case of a possible hack in the future.:

Thank you for translation plugin suggestion, I will try it. I am already using updraft since hacking, I learned my lesson I guess.
