change color of footer widget area and area below

Hello Aigars,

Sorry for so manny questions bud i’m fine tuning the site. When you look at this site http://www.modellicreations.com/ you see that the footer widget area has a different collor than the wrapper area(area with copy write etc.) can you tel how to make this changes in my theme.
