Change "Older Posts" Option to Ascending Number...eg 1 2 3 4 5...?

Hello Please how do I change the Older Posts options to Ascending numbers so that people can choose the page number they want to view? I limited post numbers to be displayed on homepage to 5 posts. So all posts come at the next page.
