Change order of sections

How to change the order of sections ?
for example I have (About → Projects → Testimonials → Services → Counter …etc)
I want to change the order - so the visitor should see the testimonials as the last component for example

Every section of the front page sections can be dragged to any location on the page, please check appearance > customize > frontpage section and you will see every section widget has drag and drop icon at the left side, click on it and drag and drop section anywhere you wish
