Change tablet menu from Hamburger to Desktop style

Hello,

I wish to change the menu from the Hamburger/responsive style to the traditional menu seen on the desktop site (i.e. have the menu as a banner running across the screen) for the tablet site only.

I tried to implement the following solution from a previous support thread (https://colorlibsupport.com/t/remove-responsive-menu-hamburger-and-just-have-regular-menu-links/) however it did not work. All menu items were removed on the tablet site.
