Change Width of No Sidebar Layout

Hi,

Is there a way to change the width of a post with ‘Template: Featured Image (No Sidebar Layout)’? I know that template is 697px and Full Width is 1050px. Full Width is a little too wide to read comfortably for me. Is there a way to change only the width of the No Sidebar Layout (like from 697px to 750px or something like that)?
