Chargeback subscription

Last year i bought the Glamour template for one client of mine, but, for some reason i didn’t realize that a subscription was created and now i was charged again. I already canceled the subscription but would like to request the chargeback of the value if it could be possible.

Please initiate refund process from your bank account, probably you need to make a call in your bank
