" however hero banners are not responsive on mobile devices" - Dear sorry but I can say for sure hero sections of this template is 100% responsive, its full-screen element and covers the full screen of the device, same happens for images, please consider images are landscape type and not everything will be visible on portrait screens of mobile devices, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do because this is how template should behave on mobile devices and its working
