I would like to remove green color of the theme. I read that it is possible to change under Appearance >> Customize section, but I don’t have the option to change it. How can I do it?

Yes you can customize it from the theme customizer on the following path as shown in the attached screenshot.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Travelify Main Options -> Travelify Header Area
