Colorlib cotact form not working

I have tried for the last 24 hours to notify Colorlib that the download file they sent to me yesterday was flagged as “Virus detected” by McAfee and summary of detail stated, “Malicious script”.

However, the contact form will not send the message. I have tried using both Brave (my usual browser) and Microsoft Edge but the contact page refuses to send.

Warning message also contained the following:

"It steals emails containing personal information or passwords and may send unauthorised emails without your knowledge.

The download file is specified on my Invoice. Invoice No. is #COLORLIB23959

Can you please send me a virus free zipped file to replace the infected one you sent to me yesterday.

Thank you for reaching out. We’ve investigated the dental-starter.zip template and confirmed it contains no malicious code. This is a false positive from McAfee’s antivirus scanner.

McAfee sometimes flags bundled/minified JavaScript files (which are standard in modern web templates built with tools like Astro and Vite) as suspicious. The template contains only standard UI code — no external scripts, no data collection, no network requests.

You can safely add the file as an exception in McAfee, or extract the zip and scan individual files to verify. The template is safe to use.
