how to turn off comments on my pages? I just switched from twenty-eleven template to pinbin …
On the new pages comments don’t appear, but the old one have still comments possibility. I already did it ‘‘by default’’ but it doesnt work. What is about editior (php) ?

You can disable comment via discussion settings under each separate post. WordPress does not automatically disable comments for already published Posts/Pages and they have to disable comments manually.
If you feel that you will never need comments you can simply remove <?php comments_template(); ?> from single.php and page.php.
