I edited the contact box text, but when I am not logged in, it disappears.

Hi @flaviajackelinep,

Do you have the contact form 7 plugin installed? If not, please install because the theme is working with contact form 7.

After you install the plugin you could costumze your contact form.

It is activated, but it does not appear.

Hi @flaviajackelinep,

You need to go in Appeareance> Customize> Contact us section> General> and go at the bottom where is says: Select the contact form you’d like to display (powered by Contact Form 7) and select from there the contact form that you want(like in printscreen attached)
