Contact Us - 'Address' disappears when viewing site outside of Customizer

Hi Team,

When I view my site outside of the customizer the ‘Address’ title disappears, however it is visible again while I’m in the Customizer. I have been testing this in Google Chrome Incognito mode to view the problem. The specific line of code that keeps disappearing is as follows:

										Address

NOTE: I have tried the solution #3 in your FAQ & Common Issue’s support thread and the problem still exists.
