Counter widget

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a solution for one week so I decided to ask help.

My widget counter is not displayed but I dont understand why.
I can show the description but not the number.
it works perfectly on my laptop (Firefox), on another laptop it doesn’t (Firefox and Google Chrome) On my mobile it works.

I cleared the cache but nothing, I though it was the browser configuration but nothing too, I tried to change the color just in case but it was not that.
So I don’t understand where is the problem it seems it works randomly :confused:
I check the source code directly on the page and I noticed that no number is set after <span>.

Please use this plugin to create temporary access for us, its automatic login link and does not requires sharing your admin details. here is How To guide. at the and don’t forget about  “Set as private reply” at the bottom of the message box

Hey there

Sorry but during the investigation when I tried to deactivate plugin I got an error and can’t log in now in the dashboard, you should receive a mail about that, can you restore access?
If you cant do this send me your FTP details here

Could you tell me what did u do exactly and I will restore the access which file did you change ?

I just deactivated plugins for troubleshooting, nothing else
