Creating a video portfolio on another page then front page

Hi,
I really need some help with setting up my video portfolio. I want to use either the Shapely widget portfolio for another page then the frontpage or another way of beautifully using video and text combined. Unfortunately the shapely portfolio widget is not showing the video, but directing you to another another page when clicking on it. Im seriously thinking of finding a new theme since Shapely could not deliver a good portfolio for video. Are there some other options to combine video and short text?

In this case, you can use one of the following plugins to add a video portfolio to any page and you would be able to change the look of the portfolios easily too:
