CSS for "Top nav item"

I’m finding the Customizer Header setting for Top nav item hover color overriding the setting for Top nav item.

I’ve been able to determine much of the CSS with Firebug, but I’m unable to do so in the case of Top nav item.

Please provide the CSS for Top nav item so I can make that setting in Custom CSS. I presume Top nav item refers to the top-level link setting, as is typically used for the “Home” link in the navbar.

Movin, I’m asking for the CSS to set the colors for the Sparkling main menu header links. That would be CSS for the link, CSS for the link’s hover state and CSS for the active state.

You can set the nav menu colors from the header option of theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Sparkling Options -> Header
