Hi there, really love the theme its easy enough to modify. One thing though is i cant seem to allow the header widget to play a video instead of have the image background. Would it be possible to get an idea on how to edit the parallax widget so that it retained the parallax effect but instead of an image it allowed html5 video?

Thanks allot for forwarding me that post, i have previously attempted the solution you suggested to the op. However as i don’t come from a html background i find your solution still leaves me confused. I have installed the plugin as suggested however i cant see what it does or what functionality it has created. Also unlike the op my widgets have not been deleted. Would be wonderful if you could provide a little more guidance.

The instructions are already provided on the shared topic as following.

Not in place of image but you can place it in place of Widget content text by using the custom plugin shard in the following topic.

What it means that you can add video code in the Content text field of parallax widget to display it.

Thats exactly what i’m doing, however custom css i apply to the video will not get it to cover widget background nor do i get the parallax effect on the video. It pretty much acts as an extended text/html widget which is not as expected

I can add the video to the widget foreground but it wont have parallax or cover the same area as the sidely parallax widget background image does.
