"customize" doesn't word

Hi! I can’t access my customize area. When I try to access this area, it says “loading” but nothing happens. I have contacted my hosting service Siteground and the support service replied to me:

I thoroughly investigated the issue and tried disabling different filters of our monitoring system. This does not seem to have been the reason the issue occurs. However, I noticed the following error in the http://venetoforkids.it/wp-admin/customize.php file:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
I would suggest that you contact your developer in order to resolve this issue as it is not a server-sided one.

Can you help me?

Hi Stefania,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Travelify theme.

Please try deleting and reinstalling latest version of Travelify theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
