Customize sparkling - navbar and navigation

Hi,
i would like to custom sparkling theme in this way :

1 - I would like to customize navbar :

  • Change height/size (like colorlib) when begin to scroll down
  • Permanent navbar (text right alignment, change fonts)
  • Add secondary menu (social), permanent, with small icons on top

2 - I would like to customize navigation on a one page site (i use visual composer)

  • I would like to have sections and navigate with scroll/button/menu
  • I would like that menu items change depending on which section the user is

Can you tell me if there is a premium theme that fit with that (i didn’t found) ?
Do you advice me to make a child theme and customize on my own ?

I don’t find the exact premium theme that fulfils your all requirements but you can achieve this developing custom code in the child theme of Sparkling theme.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

Can you tell me which theme is used for colorlib web site ?
Because the menu have a behavior close to what i am looking for.
Is it a premiuim theme ?

It is a custom made theme which is not available for public.
