Customize the Post Grid / Custom Blocks layout

Hello,

I have a “News and Events” page that utilizes a layout from the plugin “Custom Blocks” (used to be called “Post Grid”). Here is the link to what it currently looks like: https://staging.avantierinc.com/news-and-events

I want the layout to look more like the image below (minus the author and category and excerpt so only the title and date and “Read More” button shows up).

Any suggestions and/or advice would be much appreciated!
