Disable featured image

Hello all,

It’s possible disable featured image? my problem is: I put a image on featured image in my post for thumbnail purposes in social medias, like twitter and other, but when i do this, my content is duplicate in the post and top of page.

Do you want to just hide or remove the featured image?

Do you want to do this only from single post page or from all pages including posts listings like blog page?

Please advise.
