Displaying tags just under the post title

Hi,

Is there a way to display post tags just below the post title (or just above post title right-aligned) instead of below the post content ?

I found a possibility of showing post tags just below the featured image, but this is not the ideal place, and they look different. I rather prefer the “cloud of tags” style of these tags placed below the content.

Sorry, but it will require modification of the theme, there is no such option and only with custom css this is not possible
