Hello,

I have a web design client that paid for the “trim” bootstrap template and forwarded me the download link over a weekend. When I tried to download the file the link was expired. I can provide the order number and receipt details. Can someone please help me with this??

Yes,

I think you’re misunderstanding. My client (who paid for the template) - can’t download the template because the download link expired. I need you to re-send an active download link to his e-mail address so he can download the file. The order # is: #COLORLIB19762

I replied in the DM - the link still isn’t loading. Can you attach the zip file directly and e-mail it? It seems to be caught in an endless loop of not loading the download link.
