Hello,

I am trying to add download monitor to my dashboard so I can follow downloads on my website.
But all off download monitor plugins are just not workinkg.
The shortcodes are not active or simply my files just not upload throug plugin.
I can add downlod files like regular files, and then it works, but then i can’t count how many times it was dowloded.

Is it working fine for you using default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen?

If not then it seems the plugin problem so please contact the plugin developer regarding this issue.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I was trying this only on Activello theme but with diferent plugins. I’ve tried three of them, and they all didn’t work.
When I have shortcut (example: [download id=“271”]) and paste it to my post there are two problems:

  1. My link is pure white so I can’t see it on my web. When I take my scroll on it there is notification, that there is link - the place where it should be changes to click on it.
  2. The link is active but when I click in to it there is information, that the site does not exist.

Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

As asked above is it working fine for you using default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen?

There is link to www.colorib.com link
It would be visible if I change color in my dashboard. But if I won’t - it is white.

I’ve tried this download monitor with different theme and website, and it is still not working :confused: Need to contact with plugin developer just like you’ve suggest.

That URL is getting redirected to http://amilove.pl/?p=398 for me and i am getting the page as shown in the attached screenshot because i am not logged in to your site and you have not published that page.

Ok, I’ve posted this page so you can see it on my website

The link is visible on home page, but when you go to the site with post it’s not visible.

You can display that link by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Activello Options -> Other -> Cust

.single #page .entry-content a {
    color: #000;
}

Please change the color value in the above code to whatever you want to use by referring the following pages.
