Drop Down menu cant be selected on pages other than home page

On Every page, except from the home page, the nav bar drop down select menus seem ton disappear before you can select them, i looked for a fix and came across this CSS code to fix it


.main-navigation .main-nav li:hover .sub-menu {
    z-index: 100000;
}

and tried adding it to the CSS, but it didn’t seem to change anything, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, i currently don’t have one of your themes on my site, i was just lead here by a friend as he said you might be able to fix my problem, is it a problem that i don’t?
