Drop Down menus don't work in Microsoft Edge

Hello Colorlib,

My drop down menus work fine in Chrome and Firefox but not in Microsoft Edge. I’m using Newspaper-X theme in WordPress.

Any fixes for this? I realize Edge is switching to the Chrome engine soon and this won’t be a problem, but in the mean time…

This problem is actually reported and is sent to our developers for a fix, yet I don’t have anything but problem will be fixed soon

Hello Noda…I have an update. Apparently, the problem is with the css pseudo-selector :focus-within …it’s not implemented in Internet Explorer or Edge. My solution was to go through the whole style.css file and delete all the selectors that use :focus-within.

The menus look a bit weird in Edge…the right side where the drop shadow is usually is missing sometimes, but it’s better than not working at all :slight_smile:
