Duplicate Zoomed Image and Font SIze

Im having duplicate overly large zoomed in images above the post title in addition to the regular picture how can i remove this or at least put it in a more managable size.

Also would like to know how to reduce the title of each post font size. I tried in css but that did not work. I feel like that is overly huge as well

WOuld like it to look more like the demo mode

In theme demo all Theme Options are set to default except Social Icons are added, the rest is completely default, no custom color, fonts etc.
