Good morning,
i d like to change the HTML structure of the widgets and other small changes inside the Parallax widgets.

for example change:
col-md-4 col-md-offset-1 col-sm-5 col-sm-offset-1
to:
col-md-6 col-md-offset-1 col-sm-6 col-sm-offset-1

But i cannot find the code that manage this string.
Can you help me?

There is no only one file to make changes, its a complex customization and it can be done only by an experienced developer.
You can use this plugin to get the name of the files used for page render:
