Error activating Contact Form 7 and accessing Customise

Hi,

I am experiencing the following errors:

Accessing customise: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_add_inline_script() in /home/edtechhub/public_html/wp-content/themes/pixova-lite/inc/libraries/epsilon-framework/customizer/sections/class-epsilon-section-recommended-actions.php on line 86

Activating Contact Form 7: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_locale() in /home/edtechhub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/l10n.php on line 68

Any help?

Also, I forgot to mention, I am on the latest version of Wordpress:

I’ve now managed to fix this - it was a conflict with a wordpress plugin.
