Error in new install of Shapely

Error on newly installed copy of Shapely theme:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /home/(mysite)/public_html/(mysite).com/wp-content/themes/shapely/inc/widgets/widget-home-clients.php on line 65

I checked that file and I don’t see an extra left square bracket anywhere. Help?
