Is there possibly a command I can place in Additional CSS that “fades” the colors in the background image by a %? Kind of like opacity i guess (not too sure on the terminology)? I just want the colors to be less intense.

I hope you are doing well today.
The website is still under construction so I would not be able to see the page to create the CSS code. So at this point, you can disable the construction mode or use the plugin to grant access to the page.
