Hi, when I use the search function on my website, the results come up fine, but the footer doesn’t show…instead I get an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _s_paging_nav() in /home3/medbayco/public_html/physiowarrior.com/wp-content/themes/sparkling/search.php on line 26
Any idea on how to fix this?

I have fixed this via update and it will soon be available via automated updated. This depends on how much time it will take for WordPress.org team to review it.
If you want to fix it ASAP you can already download and install manually from here: http://wordpress.org/themes/sparkling/developers/ You can see version 1.1.0 there.
