Featured Image of Website when Shared on Facebook

Hi,

My site is www.cpccf.org
When I share this site on facebook it shows an incorrect picture and description (it selects a random photo and random text for the description from my site).
I used the facebook debug tool and it showed:
Inferred Property The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property The ‘og:description’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

Is there a way I can select a specific photo and description to show up when I share my site?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Thanks! I have installed the plug in but cant seem to find how to change the image… when I go to customize the theme I dont see anything new there. In the main dashboard I can see the plugin is activated but dont see any option related to facebook image?

Hey there,

The Yoast setting can be found in the page editor.
Go to pages, and edit the page set as home page.
You’ll see the Yoast Tab here you can edit the content.
