On our site we have same strange issues/glitch. The title on the widget header is floating and are appearing between the widget and contant area. Please se attached picture:

So my question is:
Is it possible to make the text fixed to the image and dont float on top of the pictures so I dont get this issues on certain resolutions?
Im also wondering if it possible to make the whole picture in the widget to a link to the article instead of only the title?
