Footer Issue on Website When Opened on Smartphone

Hello everyone.

The footer of my website works fine on laptops and desktops, but on smartphones, the footer disappears on the homepage. It’s dark blue background disappears, leaving its content in white color which becomes invisible with the background. Can someone help please.
