I Have an issue with downloading free templates, it asks me to give my email to allow me to download the template but after following the mail’s instructions, it doesn’t download.
The one I’d like to download the most is the following :

Thank you for your answer, I just tried again and instead of sending me an email it downloaded the template.
I don’t really understand why it didn’t work but everything’s fine since it works now !

I had the same problem, provided email address, confirmed but nothing further. After finding this thread, I did what the OP did, i.e. entered my same email address and when I hit “Download”, this time it immediately downloaded. So just to let you know there is still a glitch - you confirm the email address, get a message confirming subscription but then nothing else.
