Frontpage in different languages polylang

firstly thank you for your support .
I have a problem with the home page .I am using Arabic as another language to my website but
Arabic page doesn’t display on mobile at all ,and when i tried to add background image it doesn’t appeared
i could only see that it tack place put not showing
please help me to fix this problem .

another issue with mobile that the when i select product and add it to cart it show plank page

I tried couple of times and website is still not available: Monosnap
