Just checked this issues and i guess we were on the wrong path from the start, most important part of the functionality is not there, php file is not provided with the theme, this means data are not processed by PHP and they are not sent to anywhere, usually we are not including such files in our HTML templates because we decided to leave this part to our customers, this means you have to implement this backend side in the template
Unfortunately yes, you have to implement php side for data processing,
to be honest, even i don’t know this, but since i checked it turns out including php version of the form makes even more confusions and its better if this part will be decided by customers

This is super confusing as i already have PHP installed on the server and setup specific for this site.
How is there no one who i can contact about this? Like the people who wrote the template. They must know what setup must be done on the back end or else the template would not ever have been published.
To me it sounds a whole lot like i wasted not only time but a a lot of money on templates which don’t work. (Yes i know they do work when everything is working correctly and setup properly) But without those back end instructions the template is useless.Makes me wonder why i even paid for a license if its not worth anything. I’m not saying I don’t enjoy the access and verity of templates but with zero documentation or support they might as well be pictures.
Its not about version of php on the server, its about php file for data processing
