Hi guys,
I’ve had Google Translate widget in my Footer, but it’d be much more useful in the Header.
Is it possible? I’ve seen some advice but nothing I’ve tried has worked yet.

Your question requires customization of the theme files, i can only give you a direction, you need file header.php and don’t forget to use child theme for such changes
