Handyman site-contact us-edit recipient

Hi, its been a while since ive worked with html etc…and I am not sure where to edit the recipient email ie where to send the email once user completes the form see here:

Any suggestions please!? where is the form that i edit for this action to send email to help@masterbuilderspride,com when they click send message button

First of all check if this template contains an email processing PHP file, if yes you can enter your email into that file, if no, you need to implement such functionality into the template yourself.
