Having problems with On Column No Sidebar template responsiveness on mobile

Ok, now I see! Thank you for reporting this. This actually is sort of bug for no-sidebar/one column layout. Other layouts are not affected by this.

I will include a fix in the next update. However, you can fix it already by slightly editing style.css.

FInd a line that says

.one-column-template .wrapper
And replace

width: 708px;
with

max-width: 708px;
This simple trick will make On Column layout responsive again. The rest of the website will work fine no matter what.
