White text where the background is black.
Black text where the background is white.

Two headers?I’d like to remove the top heading. The text and section altogether.

Please add this CSS in appearance - customize - additional CSS
.site-footer,.main-navigation {
background: #e7eaed !important;
}
This will set the header and footer color, As for the homepage, there are a couple of sections with different backgrounds, I’m not certain how you would like to change the colors.
Kindly explain to me more so that I may be able to assist further.

I don’t want my homepage body to go back and forth between white and black. I don’t see any options to set it to be one color.
I want the whole Homepage Body Background Color to be #282828. And then I want to the plain text and headings on the background to be #e7eaed.
