Header image does not show on all devices

Hi,

I noticed that the header image is not showing on some devices.
The weird thing about it is that it works on some iPhone 5s devices but at other iPhone 5s devices the image disappears.
In the first image below you can see how it have to work, in the second image an example of the not working header image.

Anyone who can help me with this problem?

Also, there appear to be different URLs.
