Help Can't find the XML Post, Widget page of Tyche

i am using Tyche - v1.1.4 and according to the tutorials i was follow the steps but the widget and post page is the problem, It doesn’t exist anymore or maybe something else i cant find its XML code which i need to import later to add widgets. can you help me ?
