I want to purchase a premium theme Jevelin theme for my HTML website. But my developer is saying it’s not possible because it’ll effect on my page which is related to houses for sale in Beirut. Can you please guide me will it really effect the layout and ranking of my page?

Html website is absolutely different thing, you cant install WordPress themes, you need to rediseing everything from the ground up slight_smile:
