Hide Navigation Bar Until Scroll

Is there a way to Hide the Navigation Bar Until a user starts to scroll down the page?

Basically I would like to arrive at the homepage and only see the large full screen image. As soon as I scroll, the logo and navigation will appear.

I only want to implement this on the homepage. Happy to have other pages who the full menu from the start
