Homepage widget are issue

Hi,

For some reason the homepage section in the widget area does not seem to be functioning. I have tried to add simple text and it does not appear.

Please advise.

I visited your site and found you are doing it wrong. You haven’t set Home page template to your front page as described on this page Shapely Theme Documentation - Colorlib in the section “3. Setup front/home page”
