You would have to edit the counter files via the file located in the folder honey\vendors\flipclock and set the timer there.

honey/vendors/flipclock/timer.js
on line 7 you will see:
timer.countdownDate.setDate( timer.countdownDate.getDate() + 10 );

change 10 and save
