Horizontal line on inicial page

Hi!

I set my inicial page as a static page, and put the slider on it. But the horizontal line with heart doens’t appear bellow it. How can I make it appears, like it does on your example page https://colorlib.com/unite/ ?

Add this code in front page via WordPress Text editor. But do it via Text(HTML) mode but not Visual mode as it will break the code.

It is the same code used elsewhere in the theme but I decided to add it on front page fro demo purpose as well.
